Policy

If you are unhappy with your product, we will take it back and provide a full refund. We will be disappointed and keen to learn why it has not met with your approval.

Our mission is to constantly improve, so any helpful feedback will be positively received.

The Essentials

Here are the basic facts:

  1. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the goods.
  2. In order to qualify for a full refund, the goods must be returned in perfect condition, together with all original packaging.
  3. Please send us a letter quoting the customer reference number and explaining why you have returned the goods
  4. We strongly advise that you send the goods via Royal Mail Special Delivery as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit. See below for returns address.
  5. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Packages sent without postage paid will not qualify for a refund.
  6. Refunds to you will be made within 21 days of the date of receipt. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
  7. For health and safety reasons earrings may not be returned.

Exchanges

We prefer to keep life simple – it keeps prices down. We do not offer exchanges of goods. Instead we suggest you return the item to us, we will refund it in the usual way and you can go online and re-order with us by choosing or designing a new piece.

Defective & Damaged Items

If you should receive an item you have ordered that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Our items are manufactured to a very high standard however, should you require, our team will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.
